South Jordan, Utah – July 2nd, 2024 – Capstone Advisors, a California-based real estate investment, development and advisory firm, has purchased the Trail Crossing Shopping Center at 5414 W. Daybreak Parkway, South Jordan, from Wright Development Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The shopping center was built in 2017 and has 38,397 square feet of retail shopping space spanning five buildings. Currently at full capacity, the center is anchored by Smith’s Food & Drug.
