November 2024
Capstone Advisors adds the iconic Solana Beach Beachwalk Shopping Center to its ownership collection. The 55,580 sq ft. property is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in the highly desirable coastal neighborhood of Solana Beach, one block from the ocean.
June 2024
Capstone Advisors expands its portfolio with the purchase of the Trail Crossing Shopping Center in South Jordan, Utah. The retail center is located at 5414 W. Daybreak Parkway and was constructed in 2017. The property is 38,397 square feet of retail shopping space spanning five buildings.
June 2024
Capstone Advisors announces the closing by Toll Brothers of Griffin Estates. At purchase in 2010, the property was entitled for 20 separate one-acre residential lots. Capstone completed the entitlement process and Griffin Estates is now a new community consisting of 37 half-acre lots.
January 2024
Capstone Advisors adds an additional acquisition to the Arizona portfolio. The property features a flex industrial building, located within the Deer Valley area of Phoenix at 16402 N 28th Ave., and consists of a 51,680- square-foot single-story building and business park zoning, spanning 4.36 acres in total.

Capstone Advisors expands Arizona portfolio with the acquisition of two properties. Capstone acquired an urban core retail & entertainment property in Tempe (420 and 501 S. Mill Ave) and a flex industrial building in Phoenix (16402 N 28th Ave.).

Capstone Advisors sells My Florist Plaza, located in Phoenix, Arizona for $10,500,500 and The Shops at Wellesley in Richmond, Virginia for $10.1 million with plans to redeploy capital into additional retail shopping centers.
March 2022
Capstone Advisors acquires 26.55 acres of undeveloped land in Riverside County for a new residential housing project slated to hold up to 133 residential home lots.
July 2021
Capstone Advisors acquires Galveston Tech Center in Phoenix. The 74,525 SF flex/industrial multi-tenant building is located in Chandler, Arizona and is the company's 6th asset in the Phoenix metro area.

Capstone Advisors sells Piazza Serena, a residential land asset in La Quinta, CA. The 60 finished lots were sold to a homebuilder who will develop a new residential community.

Capstone Advisors sells their newly developed Salad & Go, a rapidly growing drive-through only chain. The single-tenant building was an absolute NNN 20-year ground lease at the Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center.

An affiliate of Capstone Advisors has sold Sabre Springs Plaza, a 15,038 square foot retail center located at the intersection of Poway Road and Springbrook Drive. Capstone Advisors has operated the property since its acquisition in 2015.

Capstone Advisors has acquired Tuscano Towne Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The 18,037 square foot property is located on the southwest corner of W. Lower Buckeye Road and S. 75th Avenue in the Tuscano master planned community.

Capstone Advisors has acquired El Camino Square Shopping Center in Encinitas, California. The 27,499 square-foot property is located at 191 N. El Camino Real, northeast corner of El Camino Real and Via Molena.
March 2019
Capstone Advisors has acquired Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center in the Ahwatukee submarket of Phoenix, AZ. The 41,425 square-foot property is located at 4722 East Ray Road, NW corner of East Ray Road and South 48th Street.
October 2018
Capstone buys First Rose Garden, a 73,317 square foot flex industrial project located in the Deer Valley submarket of Phoenix, AZ, with plans to renovate and reposition the project.

Capstone Advisors sells Knightdale Crossing, a 63,543 square-foot retail shopping center located in Knightdale, NC, after 20 years of ownership

Capstone purchases DeMuro Corporate Square, an 88,837 square foot, 7-building office/flex industrial project in Tempe, Arizona.

Capstone Advisors acquires Sky Vista, 98 acres of commercial and residential land in Reno, NV that surrounds a high performing Walmart Super Center

Capstone acquires The Island at Carlsbad located in the Carlsbad Research Center, a master-planned office and industrial development in North San Diego County.

Capstone presents The Ivanhoe, the newest fully renovated and renamed Class A office building located in the heart of downtown La Jolla.
