As Vice President of Property Management, Ms. Davis oversees Capstone Advisors’ Southern California portfolio of commercial properties. She has over 15 of experience in commercial real estate managing primarily Class-A office projects.
Prior to joining Capstone Advisors, Ms. Davis was a Property Manager for Unire Real Estate Group Inc. and Brandywine Realty Trust, managing between 400,000 and 700,000 sf of commercial office space in San Diego and Riverside County.
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University San Marcos, as well as a California Real Estate Salesperson license. She is actively involved in the San Diego Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and received her RPA Designation through BOMI International in 2021.
