As Vice President of Property Management at Capstone Advisors, Ms. Davis is responsible for overseeing all property management operations across Capstone’s U.S. commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring the attainment of operational and financial objectives. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has successfully managed office, industrial, and retail properties. Ms. Davis has been recognized for her contributions, receiving the 2023 Women in Real Estate Award from California Connect CRE and the 2022 Woman of Influence Award from the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum.
Prior to her tenure at Capstone Advisors, Ms. Davis served as a Property Manager at Unire Real Estate Group Inc. and Brandywine Realty Trust, overseeing commercial office spaces ranging from 400,000 to 700,000 square feet in San Diego and Riverside County.
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University San Marcos and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She is actively involved in the San Diego Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and received her RPA Designation through BOMI International in 2021.
