As Vice President of Leasing, Chris Carley oversees all matters relating to leasing, including new deals, renewals, and assignments for Capstone’s portfolio. Mr. Carley is a licensed attorney and has over 30 years of experience in shopping center development and leasing.
Prior to joining Capstone Advisors, Mr. Carley spent 13 years with the Lewis Group of Companies where, as Vice President of Leasing and Development he oversaw the leasing of a $550 million existing retail portfolio totaling over 5.25 million square feet as well as the leasing and development of new projects totaling 4 million square feet. Mr. Carley has also worked as an investment sales broker and spent over 13 years as a Real Estate Manager with Albertson’s.
Mr. Carley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Pacific University. He has a California Real Estate Brokers license and is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
