December 2015 Capstone acquires The Island at Carlsbad located in the Carlsbad Research Center, a master-planned office and industrial development in North San Diego County. February 2017 Capstone Advisors acquires Sky Vista, 98 acres of commercial and residential land in Reno, NV that surrounds a high performing Walmart Super Center June 2017 Capstone purchases DeMuro Corporate Square, an 88,837 square foot, 7-building office/flex industrial project in Tempe, Arizona.
