As Financial Analyst, Seth Gorrie is involved with acquisition underwriting, cash flow management, forecasting and financial reporting of Capstone’s commercial property.
Prior to joining Capstone Advisors, Mr. Gorrie worked at Suzuki Capital in New York where he worked with the acquisition and development team specializing in value-add multi-family and condominiums. Prior to real estate, he worked as a financial analyst with Geometry Global (a WPP company) and W2O Group in the PR and Marketing Industry.
Mr. Gorrie holds a bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of San Diego and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
